G+_George Kozi
I absolutely HATE Paramount and CBS for this! This --> is what they aim to kill. G+_Steve Kluver
I'm sure the backlash on this one will end up pushing CBS away from the courtroom.
G+_David Pick
Steve Kluver So how do we participate in the peaceful backlash to let CBS know to back off?
G+_Steve Kluver
Well first, we will sit back and see if the papers and National News weight in on it properly. SNL will then likely skit it. We may not have to do anything at all. Let's keep a close eye on it though.
G+_Jack Zhang
When a work gets too good, lawyers notice and they have to protect the brand. Look up what happened to "Fighting is Magic," a MLP fighting game with a full indie studio consisting of fans behind it and crowd funded fan support, only to be C&Ded by Hasbro. In that case, the creator of MLP's latest iteration, Lauren Faust, decided to work together to create a brand new intellectual property with the indie studio that Hasbro cannot touch.
