Woo-hoo.... So, I'm gonna ask the obvious: Would you like to buy, and travel (with your kid) in a car built by Apple, or one built by Mercedes? G+_Black Merc
Sorry... mho, both are overpriced, for what they do.
G+_Gerald Grenier
Mercedes doesn't suffer from Apple's "One True Way" problem so less likely to have design flaws when it comes to real world usage
G+_Elizabeth Whitmire
Mercedes. Apple seems to like leaving obvious things out of their products. No headphone jack... No brakes? ?

G+_Vick Khera
I have a new Mercedes. The electronics in it are the worst. The UI is complete and utter nonsense, and it does very non-intuitive things. Two prime examples: when you turn off the car, the electronic transmission shifts to neutral, not park; if a passenger does not close the door properly, the car will not warn you until you are driving over 5 mph. That said, the physical car itself is as solid as they come, and that's where the bulk of your protection needs to be.
