G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
This is brilliant. NeoCities wrote a script to rate-limit any FCC-owned IP address to 28.8kbps (old-school modem speeds) - They're going to keep the rate-limiting on until the FCC pays their "fast lane" charge. The idea is to let the folks at the FCC know how horribly arbitrary "fast lane" charges could be under their proposed Net Neutrality guidelines. Hopefully, others will follow. (Google? Facebook? Yahoo? Microsoft?) https://neocities.org/blog/the-fcc-is-now-rate-limited

G+_Ernest W
Wait. FCC has dailup now? What are they going to do with the thousands of acoustic couplers they have been using?
G+_Feiris Wheel (Pat)
Dox Doxiadis the court basically told them if they want to regulate cable internet they have to classify cable as a Common Carrier (as phone line already is). this is something the cable industry doesn't want. So instead of doing this so they could regulate them they are instead doing nothing and giving them free reign over double dipping in charging for the use of their lines. G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Dox Doxiadis The FCC "PROPOSED" the new guidelines... I'm pretty sure they're not against them. :)
