G+_Chris Whitener
I am contemplating a move for my website to SquareSpace but I have one issue that is preventing me from doing so. My current hosting service includes email with their plan, whereas with SquareSpace they do not. Can anyone point me to some resources that can show me what I need in order to keep my email address. This address is my most important one, so it really is vital that I continue to receive mail and I want to sever all ties to my current hosting service. Any help would be appreciated. G+_Rob Jefferies
Google used to let you host your email through them. It was a google apps interface. I think they called it the standard apps. I'm not sure I'd they offer that anymore. If not you could also do google apps full version.
G+_Scott Wyant
Thank you Rob Jefferies I will look into that. Do you know if this is free or subscription?
G+_Jack Logan
It is no longer free. I believe it is about $5 per user per month
G+_Dan Polnoff
When I moved to square space I moved my email to 1&1 hosting. It was cheaper then gmail hosting because I had a few mailboxes to host. It turned out pretty easy. You just have to configure the mx records to point to your mail host for that domain.
