Leo and Mike have been pretty vocal at various times recently about how Twitter allows and enables trolls, while Google+ allows you to minimize their impact on a conversation. That's basically the root of where that came from, and it's not from a single source, just general discussions here and there.

George Turner I don't know George. Their seems to be a fundamental difference on this topic.

You say the TWIT Studio staff is over reacting about Twitter and their is no real problem with it.

I will agree the TWIT staff can overdue it. But their right their is a problem on how their is no real way to block a troll when they decide to attack.

I do understand for Twitter, its difficult to enact blocking controls without causing censorship and changing their legacy policies.

David Pick No, I am not saying that Twitter trolls are not a problem and I am not saying that Twitter should not address this problem. It has been mentioned that G+ handles the problem well and that maybe Twitter could learn from G+. I agree, but I do not have precise solutions for what Twitter should do.
