I like the specs on the iPhone 6, especially paired with the watch, but at minimum, I'm looking at $550+ just to get both. Google Now is getting better with every update - I'd say Siri still has a SLIGHT edge over it, but if it were me in your position, I'd wait and see if someone has a counter move on the iPhone 6. Nexus is already above it as far as specs go, but the payment integration looks better with Apple (I use Soft Card a lot... Formerly ISIS hehe).
