G+_Roy Hembree
This has John C. Dvorak written all over it. On the last TWiT (# 412) he was going on about the Post Office being the last safe way to communicate with remote parties. http://reason.com/blog/2013/07/03/us-post-office-taking-pictures-of-all-ou

G+_Wade Watson
I trust USPS every bit as much as I trust the NSA. Awhile back I registered at the USPS website so I could buy postage there, giving my longtime email address. I immediately started getting a flood of spam that hasn't stopped for years. G+_Aubrey Green
It makes sense that the Post Office scans each piece of mail in order to read the zip code and address. How much harder would it be to store this information? I told my wife when the Snowden report came out the Post Office was probably collecting "meta data".
