G+_John Borgen (Fat Guy Ba
Couple shows this week (TWiT and TWiG come to mind). Dear hosts reviewing something on the fly really doesn't work. iPad Pro on TWiT and new G+ on TWiG... really give it a week and do it on the next show. Very little useful content imo. Plus feels really sloppy. ?#TWiT #TWiG
G+_Donald E. “Don” Riley
My only beef with TWiT is not enough care is givin to having people on who can speak well enough to be understood. If everyone had that professional voice voice like Leo and Mike it would be just great. Names at the bottom of my list provided in private PM. G+_Dave Trautman
I agree on the delay to review issue. Schedule it and we will tune in. The pressures to be first are pretty strong in this arena so it's understandable. The shows often re-visit new products over and over again so eventually we get a better idea over time. As to who speaks the best it's a tough thing to do even at the best of times. You and I don't get to see all the stuff going on in the background or before the show starts. I have been there myself - and I am professionally trained - so I can tell you there are times when you can sound like an idiot.
G+_Chris Sharp
I don't mind early comments of new products in a "first impressions" context. I tune into TWIT and TWIG et. al. to get un-rehearsed discussions and impressions of what has been released that week. Besides, a formal review of the new G+ isn't really necessary IMO because it is free and I don't risk much to try it out. For a high value product like the iPad Pro, I would wait for the Before You Buy if I wanted a TWIT network review.
