G+_Leigh McBain
Congrats to Leo Laporte and the TWiT team for reaching 25,000,000 total live views during Episode #423 today!
G+_John Nichol
Isn't that 1640 out of a possible 25 million?
G+_Keith Achorn
John Nichol - It's 1640 (current), 25,000,000 (total). I tracked the number throughout the show until the magic number was reached. Now for example, the values are 1675/25,000,
G+_Tejas Nadkarni
As much as I want this to be true, it is definitely not
G+_Keith Achorn
Sorry if my caption was confusing...this does not mean 25,000,000 viewers watched this particular episode. It was accumulated over years of excellent TWiT content.
G+_Tucker Weinmann
A few years do excellent TWiT content along with a few mediocre ones.
G+_Andy Gait
Scoble and Dvorak? I give this one a miss then.
G+_Bill Crowe
Is there a reason why Dvorak is on this show. They could save a seat for someone with real ideas and comments. I don't think replying to every topic with comments like "thats horrible", "that sucks", and "I wrote an article about that" really adds to the show. Beside, if I wanted to hear the paranoia perspective, I could listen to right wing talk radio.
G+_David Hieber
I enjoy Dvorak's comments. Sometimes rude, but mostly entertaining, I think he brings a lot to the show.
G+_Elvis Chikwati
Dvorak is an adorable cranky old geek. Cranky old men are always great company except maybe for other old geezers who take themselves too seriously
G+_Andrew Kneebone
Wow! I just stopped and thought about it for a second..I have really bloody have been entertained by the TWiT shows over the years.... Keanu Reaves "whoa" face
G+_Andy Gait
Paspa Ch Good company in short burst, but after a while wear you down. And he's only there as Leo's drinking buddy.
G+_Dan Phillips
It's getting annoying with JCD being on every other week. That being said, any guest on that often would wear out their welcome. Whether I agree with him or not on a subject, I known before he opens his mouth what he's going to say about the topics and it makes listening a bit stale so I just stop and move to the next podcast. Again, that could go for anyone. There are a plethora of tech journalists and pundits out there so we shouldn't have to keep hearing the same voices over and over. G+_George Magdaleno
Schobel's statement on journalism needs a follow up discussion with Jeff Jarvis and Jay Rosen. I hope twit can make it happen.
G+_Richard Polk
The show was scattershot. Didn't hardly complete any of the topics without going off on a tangent. Obviously Leo was distracted by his upcoming vacation. Love thr show. Listen each week, but this was not up to standard.
