G+_Sean Ashmore
After nearly 2 years without a scratch, my N5 fell out of the gym locker and it's now pretty badly cracked at the bottom right hand corner and getting worse by the day, though it is still fully functional. Should I get an N6? or wait another 2 months (I'm guessing based on previous Nexus release dates etc.), hope the phone sticks it out and get one of the new Nexus phones that are meant to be coming? G+_Tyler Winfield
...or fix it? I have replaced 3 Nexus 5 screens (my own was one of them) in the last year. It's affordable, really quite easy and restores a perfectly good device with minimal waste. As Mike Elgan? often says when pitching Gazelle?, "the most environmentally friendly phone is the one that's never made." That said I voted for 'wait it out'. G+_Guillermo Sanchez
Moto G in the meantime. Then pick up the new Nexus. The G could always act as a nice gift, back up or sell it.
G+_Sean Ashmore
Thanks for the input guys, I think the middle ground of buying a cheaper phone as a stop-gap until the new nexus pops up may be the best approach for me. The question now being do I get the old moto g or the new one? I'll have to look at prices.
G+_D Nguy?n
I had that happen also. I'm just waiting out as long as I can for the Nexus. I put a screen protector on it to see if it can hold the crack from spreading.

G+_Mic Cullen
Fix or MotoG G3, for mine.
G+_L I
Sean Ashmore I think the old Moto G had LTE and non-LTE variants while the new one is only LTE.
G+_Jeff Brand
Packing tape works to hold the glass in. The texture/feel isn't as nice as a screen protector, but it's cheaper!
