Hello Triple A Crew and Community members, this is my first post here, and i hope i can make it right : )

 

I'm a 23 year old Brasilian software developer, who's starting to take a look on Cross Platform Native development (not HTML 5/Javascript or web based apps).

 

I wonder if anyone here have had any experience with the Xamarin framework for developing mobile apps (http://xamarin.com/ios  and http://xamarin.com/android)

 

Let me know what you think about it.

Is Xamarin a decent framework ? Does it works well?

I have managed to buy the Student's licence, which is the same as the Business one, but costs 10% of the full price.
