You can still access your stuff but you will be limited to uploading unlimited photos @ 16 mega pixels or less. I think you can use "Google Take Out" to recover your stuff and save it somewhere else. You might consider getting a 2 terabyte external hard drive for 60 or 70 bucks and connect it to the Internet through a computer at home. There's lots of great apps for that.
