G+_Lennard Harris
Good bye micro-SD card slot! You served us well but it seems you are no longer needed! #samsung #3dvnand #128gb http://www.androidincanada.ca/android-phones/samsung-may-have-just-put-an-end-to-expandable-storage-slots/
G+_Ken Peleshok (PeleKen)
I've always found security in removable storage. I can recover files if the phone breaks beyond the point of recovery, I can easily replace faulty memory (after hearing about some Nexus 7's having memory issues.) and I can scale up as my needs increase. I guess I'm in the minority?
G+_Julie Wills
No you're not. Well maybe you are, but it's not a minority of one :-). You forgot being able to instantly move all your media from one phone to another when required. All my music, photos and podcasts are on my SD card. G+_Mohammed Mangera
I'll third that. Especially as my mobile provider only stocked the 16gb s3 yet i was able to get a 32gb micro sd for less than £20 and now have more storage than most of the phones mentioned?. Also when my phone had to be repaired i was able to use the micro sd card in Galaxy Y which only has a gig or two of storage built in without losing my movies and podcasts
G+_Lucas Nichols
I like removable storage too. But I could appreciate 128 gigs internal too. What I don't understand is why is it so difficult to make a phone with more than 16gigs internal. I mean all sd cards have the same physical dimensions. So why can't they just make the internal sd card hold 64gigs and be done with it. I would much rather have a 64gig phone and faster updates. At least now we know why it takes samsung so long to update their devices.
