The experienced audio lovers knows to carry both Bluetooth and 3.5mm as a backup when the former is charging. Also for less than the price of a BT audio buds, you can get superior fuller sound from the likes of JVC and Sony buds.

 

3.5mm is not dead. It's just not first choice.
