G+_Marlon Thompson
Lifelogging and the quantified self intrigues me. I have been collecting my location data with Google latitude for almost 3 years (apart from that 1 month with a Nokia Lumia that gave me serious withdrawal pains) I love using apps to collect data about myself and my surroundings. So I was so glad to see 1 second everyday make its way over to Android. I now have at least a year long commitment to take at least one video everyday of something, anything that connects with me. The interface is really well done and you can use existing video to scrub through for your one second so you can grab it from that Instagram video of you playing tea time with your niece (yep that was me) or the vine video of being stuck in the pouring rain at the bus stop yesterday (also me). It also syncs with your Google Drive so you are keeping your content. You can also enable reminders (which I then rerouted through Pebble Notifier so they so show up on my Pebble watch) to remind you to shoot a video. And here is the best part you get to try it free for 30 days before you purchase it for 99c. That is some great psychology there. So go ahead try it out. It will only take a second. http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/08/08/new-app-1-second-everyday-challenges-you-to-film-each-day-of-your-life-one-second-at-a-time/
