G+_Bobby Boucher-han
My cousin delete some very important pictures from the gallery app on her Galaxy S4. After doing some searching I thought that Dr. Fone (Wondershare) windows software looked promising since her device is not rooted. She tried the steps herself since she lives 3 hours away from me. No her device is bricked with the dreaded "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue". I had no idea that this software would upgrade firmware. She has emailed the wondershare company a few times with no response. Has anyone had bad experience with this company?

G+_Pranav Sharma
This is sad. The only way to bring your phone back to life is by flashing the stock ROM through ODIN. But that means you'll also lose the pictures forever. Why did you not back up the pictures?
G+_Troy Letellier
Mohsin Qazi I just sent her a message to check google photos. She was using gallery, but it was worth a try.
G+_Troy Letellier
Pranav Sharma Yes, I should have had her do a full backup somehow first. I never thought that software would flash anything.
