Tasks in Gmail versus Keep on Google Drive

So, I've been playing with Google Keep for the past couple of minutes, and here's my preliminary thoughts on it.

- Keep allows me to keep lists, similar to Tasks.

- Keep allows me to take notes, Tasks does not.

- Keep allows me to attach an image, Tasks does not.

- Keep is integrated with Voice Actions on Android, Tasks is not.

- Tasks allows me to change indentation of each item (sublists), Keep does not.

- Tasks allows me to add notes and due dates to each item, Keep does not.

- Neither one will allow a multi-line item (unless you "hide checkboxes" on Keep, which you now have a note and not a list).

- Tasks is integrated with Google Calendar (web app not Android, yet), Keep is not (probably due to lack of Due Date functionality).

- Keep has an official Android app, Tasks does not.

- Keep implements the "Share" menu on Android, my 3rd-party app does not (yet).
