Is there anybody who can tell me which version of Visual Studio would support for the last episode (E38 - https://www.dropbox.com/s/edkalibrkyq08vr/c101-37.API.zip?dl=0) sample code? I'm currently using VS 2013 Express edition.

It looks like you might need the full version of Visual Studio to fully open both projects in the solution.  I think we need some help from Louis Maresca .

That shouldn't be the case, it is a Console Application and a PCL DLL, nothing special. :) Ayesh, can you try installing Visual Studio Update 3? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2933779

Louis Maresca The problem is with the types of projects the different flavors of VS Express supports.  Visual Studio Express for Desktop can open Console apps, but it can't open the portable library.  If you use VS Express for Windows which does allow you to open the portable library, it can't open the console application because VS Express for Windows can only do Windows Store and Phone apps.
