Thanks for the link, there are some neat tools here

I've spent 2 years perfecting a custom Google sheet to do similar things. One feature I don't see in this list which is very powerful is to share a web form attached to the sheet with family members that allows everyone to immediately register all expenses at the moment of sale. It's a lot faster than opening the drive app and messing with entries on the sheets, or trying to do it later after losing receipts, etc. Since the form puts data into the expense sheet, all totals on the other budget pages are immediately updated so you know how much money is left in various budget categories. This kind of knowledge is how you stay out of debt!
