Today I received a short code message from # 456 letting me know that there was a requested change to my monthly plan (the $30 prepaid plan with 5GB of 4G data, unlimited national messaging, & 100 minutes) shown in the screenshot below. It surprised me because I didn't make any request to change anything with my plan at all. I called T-Mobile and spoke to Christina which after a couple minutes of gathering my info was able to confirm that the only change (and the reason why I had this message) was because they just added unlimited international messaging to this plan. Awesome, right? I'm glad they didn't remove anything or add to the cost of my plan. Only thing that makes me worried is they didn't update to show this on the "No Annual Contract International rates" page on the my.t-mobile site. Anybody from T-Mobile care to add into the comments of this post to let me know if the my.t-mobile site just needs to be updated to show this change?
