I just don't like the company and couldn't justify giving them any money. Now the problem is that my kids are getting cell phones and since their friends have iPhones they want them too. Bonus reason: Price. The Nexus4 was the best ~$250 phone IMHO, and the Nexus5 should be the best ~$350 phone ever (mine is still in transit).
