G+_Jason Colby
I looked at Cyanogen as a "enthusiasts" brand. Now they are taking money from the evil empire and turning their backs on Google. This does nothing for Cyanogen's P.R.
G+_Adam Williams
Well, I think we should all think of "Cyanogen" and "Cyanogen Inc." as two completely different animals. The custom ROM we all know and loved is long gone and now we have a business with VC obligations. All that said, I'm still not 100% convinced I hate the new animal...Have to wait and see I guess. G+_Nenad Pavel
This is only good for everybody. Fresh services, new ideas. CM could reinvent the tablet as an productive tool to start with
G+_Shep Shapard
This tend of suggesting that Cyanogen wants to "take Android from Google" seems silly. I agree that competition is great and if Cyanogen takes AOSP Android and does serving custom with it that is great. Just would mean more Android in the world.
