G+_gregg nichols
I had to share with the AAA community: I was at Best Buy looking at phones for my mother in law, and noticed that the giant Android display banner they had in the corner of the store (well behind the Apple display) was, for some reason, a 10' tall photo of a Galaxy Nexus, clearly running 4.0. I wonder if it's Google or Best Buy who's in charge of changing that. I guess it's not something that would bother most people, since the phone and OS are both pretty nondescript, but it certainly jumped out at an Android geek like me... G+_L I
I think Apple and Samsung have their own people in stores that pay attention to that kind of detail whereas Google relied on store staff to keep the displays up to date.
G+_Matt Maher
Yeah, Apple and Samsung have their own sections in the stores, but you usually see stores like Best Buy change out their signage on a regular basis. This wasn't in the Samsung area, it was just an Android ad, and it's surprisingly old!
