G+_Kirk Heflin
I prefer the video versions of my podcasts (when available), so the data would kill me in a month. Plus, I work in a location a few days a week with spotty coverage, so streaming is not an option. Basically, I need to be able to download them on wifi and be able to play/listen to them when coverage is not available.
G+_Richard Oldroyd
Kirk Heflin I agree, if you are not on a Wi Fi connection then the podcast app is required.
G+_Chris Taylor
Most of the podcasts I listen to have audio only options or are just available as audio. Most of the time I'm listening to podcasts while doing something else, so for me I still need a podcast app. I do watch some of the TWiT output on YouTube though.
