G+_James Barber
My cancellation went through fine, here's why I cancelled my order
G+_Michael Atkinson
Dead on. My inner nerd wants a new phone, but my common sense is telling me my LG G2 is still plenty fine. Which it is. Nothing is so outstanding that it is worth either the full cost, or a contract to get. Really the smartphone market hasn't changed enough in the last 2 years to justify it. G+_Damir Franc
Absolutely and the G2 is such a nice phone, loved than compact form factor, such a shame they didn't keep that size and design for longer. Really not enough has changed since then and 2015 was a step backwards in some cases anyways
G+_Michael Atkinson
Damir Franc Couldn't agree more. Was waiting for the new Note, but that is left wanting. Nothing out right now would make me pony up the money. That being said, I have my eyes and ears open for the next Nexus phone(s). Will see if The LG Nexus 5 2015 is worth it or not. G+_Damir Franc
Richard Harkness I shouldn´t have to pay for the X Style since I get review units from Motorola, for some unknown I haven´t heard back from them for a week when I requested the G but before that they told me I´d get all
G+_Damir Franc
Richard Harkness It would really have to massively impress me to become my daily driver due to the size, especially battery life, display and speakers should be great, not quite sure about the performance, it will be quite good I guess but I doubt good enough to make me switch. If I´d be looking for a new one, than maybe but I´d definitely wait to see what the LG Nexus will bring to the table. But my needs are definitely very specific and different to many others, i guess for many the Style is like the big hit if all is done halfway decent
G+_Damir Franc
Richard Harkness no that´s not it, I´m sure the Style would do anything I won´t and battery would last but I´ve gotten so used to the super responsive screen that is cruical for my bezel gesture use which didn´t work properly on the X last year like on many other phones I used this year, sounds like a minor thing but for me that´s dealbreaker since I´m not willing to adjust to a different navigation anymore. Also so used to 2 day battery life, doubt I´ll get that on the style but I´m neutral, once i have I´ll start judging at not before. About the nexus, yes you´re right, doesn´t look promising and I hope those all are fake, I hoped for the same last year and got disappointed, only size wise though, otherwise the N6 was great with bearable battery life. G+_Michael Atkinson
I'm truly in limbo. There has been absolutely nothing this year that wants my wallet. If the leaks of both Nexus devices are true then I think it is a wait for 2016 holding pattern for me personally. This has been a year of nothing but rubbish.
