G+_Pradyumn Vij
The first Samsung phone I might consider buying is the S7. As long as Touch Wiz is light. I still hate the physical button. I don't mind the LG but I would have to see it before using it. I bought my mother the LG G4 and she loved it, it's not slowed down and she installs many apps and is constantly playing games and on social media. I am one of the people that like the LG button placement. I'm guessing Sony will be bringing up the Z6 line later on, the Sony Z5 Compact size with a higher resolution would be great. I agree I don't understand the loss of an app drawer. The app drawer is equivalent to how you access applications in Windows and Linux, everything isn't on the home screen like a play toy (iOS). I was the biggest advocate for HTC but after they lost their primary engineers and designers to Apple and Robin, I don't expect much of the M10. I might actually wait to see what Huawei come out with and the next Nexus. (Nexus still has the benefit of constant timely updates and better security). If they can get something like the Nexus 6P in a smaller form factor that will be interesting to me. I personally don't care if something has an all metal finish, I prefer using a phone which I can hold and don't need a case in preference to a slippery phone that requires a case.
