It was slow, buggy, and needed rebooted every few days since I first got it. I struggled along with it until it rebooted itself last week, and got stuck in a boot loop. I couldn't fix it no matter what I tried (including Nexus root kit) to get it out of the loop. Got a replacement 5x from Google last week (through warranty,) and it's night and day different. Much faster, data rates are great, and it hasn't crashed or rebooted once yet. I did some digging, and allegedly this is a problem with the memory controller that LG used in some of their Nexus phones. Apparently it slowly corrupts the internal flash over time.
