G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
Is anybody else experiencing this? I usually watch the show and have the phone connected to bluetooth audio speakers. Since recently, I now get an overlay over the video. I guess this makes sense, when you attach chromecast. But if you only connect audio, I'd still like to see something on the screen. G+_Joe Morrison
Well known issue. It make YouTube mostly useless if you use bluetooth audio.
G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
Ray Statter Really? That'd be awesome. Will try that out.
G+_Phill Wiggin
Yeah, it's very irritating. For me it only happens when I change the orientation of the phone. Until El Goog fixes it, you can stop the YouTube app and then put the phone in the orientation you want to use. Start YouTube without changing the phone position, and it should work. G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
Ray Statter It worked. Thanks!
G+_Phill Wiggin
I tried Ray Statter's suggestion also. It worked the first time I opened the YouTube app, but as soon as I rotated from portrait to landscape, I got the overlay again. ?
G+_Aaron Berlin
There's an active thread about the same issue here, but no good answers, unfortunately. https://plus.google.com/u/0/+ALLANSANTANA/posts/LFBmq9eEQVz
