G+_Ryan C
Hi triple A community, just wanted to throw a question out there and see if there is a solution. I have a Nexus 5 and I would like to have a better way of monitoring the battery level for my LG Bluetooth headset. All I get is the lady telling me the battery level is high, medium, or low when I turn it on. I have looked at apps, but they only seen to be a timer. Maybe I haven't found the right one. Google should build this into the Bluetooth settings to show the percentage in the notification area. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. G+_Arttu L
Honor 7 had this built in it's OS. It was nice, accurate feature. So I'm guessing it's so deep in the OS itself simple apps can't access it. But that's just a guess. I'd use this app too because I use Bluetooth all the time.
G+_Dominik Kugelmann
Yeah you are right. Bluetooth is one of the things Android is waaay behind iOS and it doesn't seem to get better.
G+_L I
Is device battery level something that gets reported back in the Bluetooth protocol?
G+_Dominik Kugelmann
I don't know the Bluetooth protocol but I know that iOS has an battery icon for Bluetooth devices in the notification bar. ?
