Has anyone else got the update to Android Auto and be able to switch the mapping app?

Has anyone else got the update to Android Auto and be able to switch the mapping app? Android Auto lets me switch the mapping app but Google Maps is my only option. Even though I do have Waze installed. Is anyone else got Waze working on Android Auto yet. I'm thinking Waze needs to update the app to work with Android Auto. Or it's just not working for me I'm not sure. Let me know if anyone else has Waze working with the Android Auto update.

They updated the Android Auto app to be able to switch map apps. My guess is that now we need an update to the Waze app for it to be compatible with Android Auto.
